Should you be scared? Is this the end of the dollar? Meh, not really. This is what everyone wants to see happen; we want the yuan to become a real currency used in trade, just like many other countries currencies are.
It's not the end of the world if the dollar isn't the world's sole reserve currency. It certainly hasn't been bad for the yen, or the Singapore dollar, or the Swiss Franc -- all widely respected and used global currencies -- that aren't THE RESERVE CURRENCY. There's plenty of stuff to freak out about. This is not one of those things.
Right!!! Actually, its just the intentions of Ben Bernanke's unstated policy, destroy the currency, give cheap credit to the asset class and bankers in America, let them take cheap money, invest overseas in other currencies and tangible assets, bankrupt the dollar, pronounce a crisis and go to the Special Drawing Rights (SDR) system....
All part of the plan - and all the more important that one not necessarily believe that America is the sole enemy of the world. More on this later. Certainly a great deal will be made about this, but the deliberate destruction of the dollar to usher in global slavery is one of the things you should be freaking out about. Unfortunately, most say - "What's that got to do with me?"...
